A completed SKS application includes:

1. Admissions Application Forms
2. Application Fee of $125.00
3. English and Math Reference Forms
4. Current Transcripts and Grades 
5. A standardized measure of English proficiency, such as TOEFL Junior, TOEFL, IELTS, SSAT, or SLEP Scores (Storm King's TOEFL code is 2480)
6. Copy of Passport
7. Completed Guardian Form
8. Financial Affidavit and Bank Statements
9. Interview (in person or by Skype/telephone)

Prospective students are also strongly encouraged to take the SKS Campus Tour and to participate in the "Student for a Day" program.
